Cherry - Evans

The Evans cherry shrub/small tree gets larger than many of the other cherry varieities from the University of Sask. Evans is a heavy producer of tart, juicy, bright-red berries with yellow flesh that are 1.5 cm in diameter and weigh about 4 g. Brix rating of 18. The berries are good for fresh eating, cooking, preserves, and juice.
