Cherry Plum - Mustang

The Mustang Cherry Plum is a bush-type cherry plum developed by Jeffries Nursery in Manitoba that only grows to 8 ft tall. It produces small, red fruit that taste similar to a sweet cherry. The fruit is good for fresh eating or canning. The tree is often used as root stock for grafting, and is suitable for a wind-row because of its exceptional hardiness.
