Cilantro/Coriander

Cilantro is a fast-growing annual herb whose citrusy leaves are used to flavour soups, salsa, Thai food, and salads. The dried seeds are referred to as Coriander and can be ground and used in cooking. The plants will bolt in summer heat so gather the leaves in the spring and freeze for later use.
