Mint - Kentucky Colonel Spearmint

Kentucky Colonel Spearmint is a useful culinary herb for Middle Eastern dishes like tabbouleh, or in iced tea, mint julep, or mint-apple jelly. It will spread by the roots, but it doesn’t always aggressively take out all other plants in its path. Plant it in a pot if you want it contained. Useful in food forests as a ground cover that will also deter rabbits and other pests.
