Pear - Ussurian

Ussurian Pear is the hardiest species of pear. It has a beautiful spring display of white flowers after pink buds, and turns a beautiful burgundy colour in the fall. It produces small yellow pears that are better tasting after a frost and are suitable for canning or juicing. These trees are often crossed with other pear trees to produce more frost tolerant varieties. Resistant to fire blight.
