Raspberry - Souris

Souris raspberry canes produce large, juicy and sweet red berries with a hint of tang on second year canes (floricane). It is better tasting, and has higher production, and better spider mite resistance than the traditional ‘Boyne’ variety. Berries can be used for fresh eating, cooking, preserves, or juice (wine). Second year canes should be pruned while dormant after they bear fruit.
