Squash - Sunburst Scallopini (Pattypan)

Big, bush-type squash plant producing vibrant yellow pattypans. Best picked at 2” in size. Or, for more tender squash, pick at around 6”. Great sliced or whole, grilled on the BBQ, steamed or sauteed. The flowers are also edible!
