Tomato - San Marzano

A plum tomato typically grown for use in pastes, San Marzano tomatoes are thinner, and more pointed than Roma tomatoes. Their taste is stronger, less acidic and sweeter, with a thicker flesh and fewer seeds. Sometimes referred to as the Prada of canned tomatoes. Holds well on vine. Crack resistant.
