Squash - Pink Banana

The Pink Banana Squash produces thicker, zucchini-shaped squash that have a thin skin that is pink with cream streaks and light-orange, fine grained flesh. It can produce fruits of up to 70 lbs, but they are best harvested at under 30 lbs. Harvest when fingernail pressed in skin does not pierce. Stores well.
